We ship UK and US from the United Kingdom.

Processing Times

Please see a message on the basket page for the latest processing time. Generally, we aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, except bank holidays). You will be sent an email once your order has been dispatched. 

Please email if you have an urgent date you need your order by and we will see what we can do.

 

Shipping Methods and Costs

Orders are sent via the shipping carrier you choose at checkout. Occasionally we may need to use a different carrier to the one you’ve selected for operational reasons. 

Shipping for UK orders:

• Royal Mail 48 Tracked: £3.50

• Royal Mail 24 Tracked: £4.75

• FREE shipping on orders over £50 (Royal Mail 48 Tracked)

• Free upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for orders over £150

 

Shipping for USA orders:

Method: Orders are shipped via USPS or Royal Mail, available options change according to the country of destination and will be visible on the checkout page. All orders shipped have a tracking number. You will be sent your parcel tracking number via email once your order ships and you will be able to track it online following the link provided in the email. 

Cost: Add your items to the basket to see the shipping costs and delivery options on the checkout page. Costs vary according to destination country and parcel weight. If there isn’t a shipping option available for your country, please contact us.

• Shipping cost under £100 : £10 

• FREE shipping on orders over £100 

Orders may sometimes take longer to arrive due to customs checks in the country of destination. This is due to random chance and something we cannot control.

Import Duty for International Orders

Orders dispatched to other countries outside the UK may be liable to Import Duty, Tax or VAT. When ordering from us you agree to pay any such Duties which may be imposed by your country’s government.

If you refuse to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT imposed and thereby prevent delivery of your order you will remain liable for the purchase price of the product/s and any Import Duty / Tax / VAT or penalty imposed by your government.

IMPORTANT: Import Changes for European orders from 1st July 2021

From July, VAT will be charged on ALL imports to the EU regardless of value. This means the exemption for goods valued up to €22 no longer applies. 

VAT will apply at the rate of the buyer’s country of residence.
